In had a incident Trisha, Cassie and Garrett all stepped up to fix the issue and make sure that we are safe. Even on a Saturday. I've rented places before but this is an exceptional team. I highly recommend Heather Estates.

I would recommend Heather estates to anyone that would like a safe and comfortable home in a lovely neighborhood. My family moved in when ownership of Heather Estates was in transition. I have went through at least a dozen ownership transitions in my life, and each has caused various difficulties to tenants and employees. This transition was no different with one exception, the office and maintenance staff have been extremely patient and supportive throughout the entire time. Always treating us with respect and responding to our needs as quickly as possible. I would absolutely recommend a business that does everything they can to take care of their tenants.

I've made lots of friends and I'm a prayer Warrior I go around praying for my neighbors and friends. And Cassie, our manager is an angel here on earth she is very sweet and kind. My little buddy goes right up to the door every morning just to see Cassie and he looks for her and gets soooooo happy to see Cassie because she's an ANGEL here on earth!! She makes it's so you love where you are living at . So now I know my purpose as to why God almighty bless me with Heather Estate and our office manager CASSIE!! HALLELUJAH HALLELUJAH GLORY TO GOD ALMIGHTY 🙌 🙏 ❤️ AMEN AND AMEN!! 🙌 🙏 ❤️ ✨️ well there is more to my testimony 🙌. So the next day, I put in another request for maintenance and there was a misunderstanding about my request. They notified maintenance and told Fernanda that my faucet was leaking, and I had water everywhere. And it wasn't so, it was just leaking when I turned it on.So my beloved Fernanda came as fast as she could and ran up my 28 steps that I have to my apartment, bless her heart. Now that's what i'm talking about is how we are so loved and cared for here at Heather Estate. Everyone is soooooo loving and kind and are on top of it, they have the most amazing staff and we are just ONE BIG VILLAGE, AND WHERE INTEGRITY IS FOUND MY HALLELUJAH, A MAN AND A MAN!!

I am the new Property Manager of this beautiful community. Our company recently took over managing to get everything cleaned up. There is great diversity at this property with some amazing tenants. We offer 2 bed, 3 bed apartments and 4 bed townhomes. They are spacious. They are equipped with a lot of storage, and full kitchen appliances. They offer connections for laundry for your convenience and comfort. Location is amazing near great schools and shopping. Close to the freeway and a lot of restaurants. We are excited to get this property more amenities in the future, and correct any past issues our tenants have expressed. Come check us out if you are looking for a place to call home. I have lived here for 20 yrs… yes that’s a long time. I have never had an issue with maintenance orders. Property had been sold numerous times yes it takes time for tenants and property management to adjust. But these issues resolve eventually. Nearby schools, Freeport Center (jobs) shopping, and park has made it easier on myself and my family. My neighbors have been super nice and clean. Every apartment living has its moments and different types of people. You make it how you want it anywhere you chose to live. Not to mention the size of the bedrooms are a lot bigger than most complexes I have visited.

I have yet to move in, was just approved actually. And a lot of the reviews seem to be maintenence issues and pretty typical when renting anywhere. My experience with Nicole the property manager has been amazing! She was so helpful, always responded and even showed my two boys respect and humor. Highly recommend her to everyone!:)

Heather Estates is an amazing place to live. I have been here for less than a month and it already feels like home. The staff here is kind, courteous and professional. I really can see all of the changes since the new owners and management took over and its been great! They have made upgrades to the property and the staff is fantastic and really cares about the residents. Work orders get done now and the property is clean. Recommend living here!
