Don’t move here they kicked us out because they put the notice of them coming over to work on our water heater and when we denied them coming in because my mom and I have cptsd they blamed us even though they put it on the wrong door plus their has been mold in our apartment since we moved in and they never fixed it I have been here since 2020 plus they discriminate against people with disabilities they pick favorites and if you not their favorite they harass you they are evicting us out because we yelled at them because they started getting snippy with us they don’t care about their tenants as long as they get their money and they keep raising rent I would give this a 0 if I could they have been put a 30 day eviction notice on our door then a 3 day that same week a couple days later they don’t care if it’s illegal I hope someone turns them in they have lost our paperwork many times and blamed us for it I hope they get shut down when the state starts investigating them

I've been at Heather Estates for just over a year. The management team is incredible. Willing to work with. Always making sure that work orders are completed in a timely manner. My family & I enjoy living here. It's an ideal place if you're starting out on your own.

The new management is doing a great job to turn the complex around. And they are always willing to help out with any issues I might have. The staff is great and extremely nice.

Do not rent from these guys they will rip you off. We’ve had guns pulled on us. We went with the dishwasher that was leaking for almost a month before they would fix it. Then when you move out, they will go after you for damages that you didn’t even have nothing to do with. It is pointless to fill out the rental damage paper because they don’t go by that we got charged. For all the damages that we noted before we moved in then trying to get a corporate number from these guys is a joke. They will not give you the corporate number they will not help you anyway all they do is screw you over.

Very nice and friendly love all the property managers and workers. Lovely homes with a fantastic park across the street. Pet friendly. Come take a look good place to start a family. Shout out to Trish she’s fantastic😁

Pics on "Yelp" - If I could give 0 I would your email was non existent and now you won't answer my calls take me to court please so I can expose you for mold and not having hot water for the whole summer and being exposed to mold which I have plenty of pictures you have my address and name number take me to court.... so I can expose you all for the dirt bags you are. I'm ready I have photos and screen shots even video I was going to drop it because you all aren't worth my time but charging me for carpet cleaning and paint when I lived there for 5 years and the carpet was old when I moved in and paint wow you all are really penny pintching must be from all that mold that was found and having to replace my hot water heater after I left why do you think I moved for my health literally let's go I need the 🤑💰🤑💰🤑you guys kept my 650 deposit and want another 600 well I wanted a safe habitable home for me and my daughter you should have moved me into a different apartment but nope I was exposed to just a subfloor the wood was full of mold along with the insulation behind the wall 😞 for a week and a half and no hot water . I'm pretty sure the judge will find you guys and rule guilty for being slum lords taking advantage of low income residents. 🪷 Lotus Anthem 🪷 Is also a low income apartment complex check them out brand new and management and maintenance take really good care of there residents. I believe it's $ 1,242 all utilities included 1, 2, beds and 3 bedroom townhomes comes with the most up to date appliances and washer and dryer . I think they are also section 42 not sure though look them up they are located in Clearfield, please don't move here. I am proof they don't care I let a lot slide take me to court because I will fight the collection. Pictures are on "Yelp" hahaha look for yourself Heather Estates, since you won't reply you all are ridiculous and act like children . LMAO it was under your management that this happened Feb-March I had to deal with this that's ok Action plumbing has receipt and records and so do I it's called VIDEO all my ducks are in a row oh and I have screen shots of every matneince request since before you all took over . I am well prepared let's gooooo!!!!!!
