I had a past experience with a grounds keep named Christian at the Washington park apartments in Ogden to where his exes new roommate pulled a gun on me and my friends. And now I have issues with this heather estates complex to where Christian is threatening to kill me and I have the voicemail and messages of him harassing me and threatening me. These complexes are not a safe environment with Christian working there so I advise to not live here and on top of it I have family there so I donât feel comfortable or safe going to the apartments anymore. Something has to be done about this complex and the safety of the residents from the employees. And now. I donât want to get a apartment here anymore...

I hope this is a helpful review! If you are a veteran DO NOT rent here. Especially if you have a service animal or deal with PTSD. The ONLY communication from management to residents are threats with lawyers signatures and promises of eviction. The first day I was here while I was moving inimy dog left my apartment and went to right to my truck. I had a notice on my door the next day threatening eviction and police because I didn't have my dog on a leash. They told me he has attacked someone and was a threat. I had 6 people moving with me and they all were outside when he ran to my truck. I was with him as well. My dog had done nothing wrong but this is the first of many threats to come. I understand a leash law and my dog (minus the one time) has always been on a leash. The point I'm hoping to get across is there is no communication and a real lack of desire to communicate or work with people. Threats are the first communication. If you deal with ptsd or other war time related issues this may not be the best place to reside. Not a happy environment!!

They dont deserve any stars. They change management companies so fast it gives you whiplash and leaves them in a continuous state of unorginazation. I think we are on management company number 4 just in the 5 months of 2017 alone. We've put in maitnence requests about a zillion times and it's never done because they put it off and as soon as they change management again it gets lost or discarded so we have to do it all over again. We haven't had a working dishwasher for nearly 3 years now. If I could afford to live anywhere else that's close enough to my job I would. Unfortunately I'm stuck here.
