Pics on "Yelp" - If I could give 0 I would your email was non existent and now you won't answer my calls take me to court please so I can expose you for mold and not having hot water for the whole summer and being exposed to mold which I have plenty of pictures you have my address and name number take me to court.... so I can expose you all for the dirt bags you are. I'm ready I have photos and screen shots even video I was going to drop it because you all aren't worth my time but charging me for carpet cleaning and paint when I lived there for 5 years and the carpet was old when I moved in and paint wow you all are really penny pintching must be from all that mold that was found and having to replace my hot water heater after I left why do you think I moved for my health literally let's go I need the ð¤ð°ð¤ð°ð¤you guys kept my 650 deposit and want another 600 well I wanted a safe habitable home for me and my daughter you should have moved me into a different apartment but nope I was exposed to just a subfloor the wood was full of mold along with the insulation behind the wall ð for a week and a half and no hot water . I'm pretty sure the judge will find you guys and rule guilty for being slum lords taking advantage of low income residents. ðª· Lotus Anthem ðª· Is also a low income apartment complex check them out brand new and management and maintenance take really good care of there residents. I believe it's $ 1,242 all utilities included 1, 2, beds and 3 bedroom townhomes comes with the most up to date appliances and washer and dryer . I think they are also section 42 not sure though look them up they are located in Clearfield, please don't move here. I am proof they don't care I let a lot slide take me to court because I will fight the collection. Pictures are on "Yelp" hahaha look for yourself Heather Estates, since you won't reply you all are ridiculous and act like children . LMAO it was under your management that this happened Feb-March I had to deal with this that's ok Action plumbing has receipt and records and so do I it's called VIDEO all my ducks are in a row oh and I have screen shots of every matneince request since before you all took over . I am well prepared let's gooooo!!!!!!

neighbors yelling screaming throwing things ect I pounded and they didnât do shit. Layton metows is way better than this apt and itâs a druggie complex!!! I would much rather live there when Layton metows was on fire than here!!

There is a lot of drugs going around the apartments and along with alot of violence not safe for kids and it is outdated needs

This place is garbage I'm getting a lawyer do to black toxic mold that they tried to pass of as (mildew) thank God I have video of a guy not with maintenance and no I.D. come in and started cutting some wood saw dust was everywhere and it was after hours I had a male friend there that told me to record everything. This guy did not speak English and didn't even cut the the flooring right but I could not communicate with him ugh so annoying not to mention not having hot water all summer because they would not replace my water heater that's like 20 years old. This place is trash and they lie about everything record conversation between office staff and get pics and videos so they can't dispute that in court. I have screen shots and video and they are screwed once I get settled and all the evidence in order with dates good luck Heather Estates, I am taking you to court for mold and not having hot water for two and a half months.... I moved!!! There are better Apartments than these be very careful with transactions they are rather shady when it comes to that keep all receipts. And save screen shots of maintenance requests. I couldn't even move my washer and dryer because of the vicinity of it being right next to the bathroom and I refuse to be exposed to that mold or exposing anyone else's health to the mold. I left and wasn't there the month of July still had to pay rent though for that month it's sad pay rent and staying somewhere that was making me sick its hard to even comprehendð¥º I tried to address it with management but they just ignored me I even brought it up because they know they were in the wrong period because of the mold and them not calling a professional to come and take care of it they had to replace the hole flooring not to mention the mold on the other side and air ducts are all connected. I moved and can breath better . No rashes , tiredness, forgetting things ect. But it's only "Mildew" coming out of Jenns mouth sorry about the water heater we are looking into venders luckily it's summer what the hell ?? No compaction what so ever. They stopped communicating after thatð¤£ I got the hell out of there. I lived there for 5 years trust me it's trash and there are gangs and shootings infact there was a kid that was shot twice I witnessed from my window it's on Fox 13 news I was blessed and able to move finally ð

Do not come here new management is garbage and they are kicking people out constantly. They kick people by bouncing valid checks even if they are from a bishop and fail to inform people. Plus they send everything to a attorney and can do anything them self

I lived here almost 2 years ago, this is not a family friendly apartment complex. You don't want to leave your kids outside unattended. Teens will jump your kids it doesn't matter if your kid is 7 years old, they will shoot them with BB Guns. Just recently they had a shooting. Theyve had drive by's and swat. They will also run kids over with a car. They constantly had fights, cops were always there looking for the teens that are creating havoc. It's not a safe area.
