This place is garbage I'm getting a lawyer do to black toxic mold that they tried to pass of as (mildew) thank God I have video of a guy not with maintenance and no I.D. come in and started cutting some wood saw dust was everywhere and it was after hours I had a male friend there that told me to record everything. This guy did not speak English and didn't even cut the the flooring right but I could not communicate with him ugh so annoying not to mention not having hot water all summer because they would not replace my water heater that's like 20 years old. This place is trash and they lie about everything record conversation between office staff and get pics and videos so they can't dispute that in court. I have screen shots and video and they are screwed once I get settled and all the evidence in order with dates good luck Heather Estates, I am taking you to court for mold and not having hot water for two and a half months.... I moved!!! There are better Apartments than these be very careful with transactions they are rather shady when it comes to that keep all receipts. And save screen shots of maintenance requests. I couldn't even move my washer and dryer because of the vicinity of it being right next to the bathroom and I refuse to be exposed to that mold or exposing anyone else's health to the mold. I left and wasn't there the month of July still had to pay rent though for that month it's sad pay rent and staying somewhere that was making me sick its hard to even comprehend𥺠I tried to address it with management but they just ignored me I even brought it up because they know they were in the wrong period because of the mold and them not calling a professional to come and take care of it they had to replace the hole flooring not to mention the mold on the other side and air ducts are all connected. I moved and can breath better . No rashes , tiredness, forgetting things ect. But it's only "Mildew" coming out of Jenns mouth sorry about the water heater we are looking into venders luckily it's summer what the hell ?? No compaction what so ever. They stopped communicating after thatð¤£
I got the hell out of there. I lived there for 5 years trust me it's trash and there are gangs and shootings infact there was a kid that was shot twice I witnessed from my window it's on Fox 13 news I was blessed and able to move finally ð
