Be careful about moving to this area there are idiots shooting guns that almost killed someone this won't be the first or the last time either. I'm moving👋The gangs are scary, disrespectful, rude, vandals! The shooting that happened on Saturday, literally happened outside my window if you have children please stay safe 🙏 Hannah Elder, FACTS! 😩 Love the post. It's so sad because this complex had potential.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is the worst place to live/work there is absolutely no communication what so ever I got hired back in February for a groundskeeper and I usually would pick up grounds and clear out empty units. Let me start off saying they do not care about any of the residents I have had many people complain saying that their A/C and water heaters would never work I couldn’t do anything because I had no keys and my supervisor Junior Vasquez would always leave me on read and wouldn’t tell me what to do. When I was assigned a paint job I did paint the walls and everything but the thing is the manager at Heather estates told me I got it on the carpet and it got everywhere mind you, Junior and Miles both told me it was okay. I never got tools and when I did I would get in trouble for not cleaning it off yet again there is no water so they canceled me twice in a week and then terminated me. They set me up for failure because miles was leaving the day i got hired. So I am comfortable at a new maintenance position at the parkway great awesome company that cares for everyone. And I get a call from the same manager 3 times when I am working saying that they got my application and want to start to work with me. Just saying never go here there is dog poop everywhere and they take more out of your paycheck especially at the garbage cans there are poop all over em and all sorts of junk that isn’t cleaned and they never told me I was terminated so I had to call them. Horrible customer service
