I appreciate the communication with maintenance. I know you can't fix everything in one day so communicating that really helps â¤ï¸ Thanks again! I truly love this location and the area. You took care of my work order and made sure that me and my daughter are accomodated while the work is being done you went above and beyond appreciate thatð¤you rock.

I was approved and moved in within a week aug 23, which was quick and awesome. The management then and management now have been so amazing, have always solved our issues. We had no problems at all I would call it a best apartment to live in so far.

Tried to stop in and inquire about an apartment for my mother in law earlier this week and the office was closed. I called their number to get details but was given basic info that the website already provides. They said for more detailed info I had to speak with the office. Tried to go again and the office is closed yet again. They have people flipping signs on the street trying to get you to inquire but can't be available to even help. If this ain't a sign for how management is when you are moved in, then I don't k ow what is....

We have lived here for over 3 years now and we have injoyed the 3 bedroom apartment that we are in. The new manager is very nice and very easy to work with.

Horrible place to stay. The management does not care about residents. Property looks a mess , kids are keeping the hallways dirty. Consistent police activity. Office management did not fix my work orders I needed done but they most definitely called and expected the rent every 1st of the month. Not reasonable or willing to work with current residents. Office manager is very disrespectful and snobby. Just overall a bad NO HORRIBLE place to live.
