I wish I couldnât give a star at all, this place is not a good place to live especially if you have children. When I moved in no damages were fixed at all and never got fixed, they never fixed my sink that was rusted and leaking water no matter how many maintenance requests I made. There is trash everywhere and it never gets cleaned, the people that live here are awful I only had one person who was kind. This place will scam you and they do not care about anyoneâs safety. The neighbors are horrific and when you try to talk to them about it or talk to the office about it, nothing gets done. I had neighbors blasting music so loud. It was rattling all of my furniture at two in the morning while I was trying to take care of a newborn baby. There are emancipated teens, who will go over to the park across the street and pick fights or just assault any small child there, there are also creepy adults who will sit outside and watch children leave from the school and or follow them around the park. The cops get called almost every week along with the fire department. If you have children, I do not recommend moving here. The maintenance men will knock on your door once and if you donât answer, theyâll start unlocking your front door. I had it happened to me while I was trying to feed my newborn baby. Nobody cleans up their dogs poop so the grass is disgusting. If you have a dog that is scared of other dogs, do not move here. There are people with dogs that will just simply attack your dog or child for no reason and nothing gets done about it but yet theyâll go and send random cats in the area to a pound Even if they have an owner and a collar on. We had been charged random fees throughout our entire lease and they donât do anything about people who will damage your vehicles even with video proof I do not recommend living at any of AMCâs properties whatsoever especially not this one. Please do your research before moving into an apartment so you donât get scammed and get harassed or be treated horrifically. Also, there is never any parking it is first come first serve parking so people will park in front of your building and youâll have to park on the complete other end of the property and have to walk to your building and it is absolutely ridiculous thereâs never enough parking but yet if you park in front of the office, youâll be threatened to have your car towed people will not leash up their animals so their animals will just roam around the entire property. They claim that is a family, friendly apartment complex in place when in reality it is not there are multiple people in this complex who live there who are under the influence of a very hard and heavy drug. If you are a younger woman watch out for some of the men there Because I have seen countless times again, men following teen girls around the whole complex and have personally experienced being cornered by one of them and yet the office will do nothing about it. One of my neighbors almost got broken into and the office acted like they cared, but did nothing about it.
